  • International Orders must provide a phone number (for customs).
  • Items returned due to failure of pick up or delivery refusal will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and 20% restocking fee.Ā  Sale items are not eligible for refund.
  • Buyers are responsible for knowing and understanding their countries delivery services, suspensions, and delays.
  • Tracking numbers are the buyers responsibility to keep track of.

While USPS Priority Mail Express International typically delivers in 3–5 business days (fastest option), delays can occur due to customs clearance in the destination country, which is beyond our control.

We require a phone for delivery purposes only.Ā 

  • Delivery Issues: A phone number allows the courier to contact the recipient if they can’t find the address, if no one is home to receive the package, or to schedule a new delivery time.
  • Customs Clearance: In some countries, customs agencies require a phone number to notify the recipient about necessary taxes, duties, or other documents needed to release the shipment.
  • Preventing Delays and Returns: By enabling contact, the phone number helps resolve issues promptly, reducing the chances of the package being held at customs or returned to the sender.

“Waiting for pick up,” Ā means the package is being held at a local facility for you to collect it, either because it’s ready at the post office or a designated pickup point, or it’s been held by customs due to issues like missing documentation, address issues, or unpaid duties.Ā If you did not receive a phone call or note from attempted delivery, your next step is to contact your local postal service to get details on why it’s being held and how to proceed with collecting it.Ā 

If your package is being returned to sender due to failure to pay duties, or not collected for pick up. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the orders value and issued in Store Credit. Shipping costs and items purchased in the Sale Section or purchased with a 30% or more discount are not eligible for store credit.Ā
