15 Days Easy Return/Exchange + Store Credit
As August 1, 2023, returns are refunded in the form of store credit via a Micro Gigi gift card. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business after your item(s) have been delivered back. All items must have tags and liners attached and received back within the 15 day policy, which begins at the date of delivery according to tracking. An account must be created to receive store credit.
As of August 1, 2020, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges on G-String Panties; no exceptions.
All items purchased via Instagram or Facebook are Final Sale.

We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s). Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final on the swimsuits where the protective adhesive strip and tag had been removed.
We suggest to inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, or missing/ incorrect item in package, please contact us immediately, so we can correct any problems.
To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, you can contact our customer service to make a return, please reference the guidelines as below:
Step 1 – Please contact our customer service (with your order number) to get a return/exchange authorization (RMA Number) and the return address within 15 days upon receipt; items must be received back within the 15 day time frame. We will not accept the returned package without authorization from customer service.

One return/exchange allowed per order.
Step 2 – Notify the item that you want to return and the detailed reason for return. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the bikini protective strip intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal. Exchanges must be for equal price or additional payment made be required via Paypal invoice. Less price items will receive store credit.
Step 3 – Please include in the return package a note with the RMA number on the original packing slip and make sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a reference. Please note that we do not accept packages returned using COD service. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color or quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
Step 4 – Once we have received the returned package, an email notification will provide you with store credit information or tracking number for exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for return/exchange process. If items out of stock, please allow 3-4 weeks for restocking. Store credit is only for the merchandise, not taxes or shipping costs.
