14 Days Easy Return/Exchange + Store Credit
Returns are refunded in the form of store credit
Finding the right swimsuit can be tricky—if you have sizing or fit questions, please read size charts and items descriptions, or email us at cs@microgigi.com before purchasing.
- Final Sale: All G-String Panties. All sale items are final. Coupon codes of 30% off or more are also final sale. Accessories (belly chains, t-shirts, bags, sarongs, etc ) and gift cards are not returnable.
- Returns/Exchanges: U.S. customers may initiate within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Once a return label is created, you have 10 more days to have the item returned to us.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags and hygiene liner attached. No stains, odors, or signs of wear. Items returned without tags or liner will not be accepted.
- Shipping: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (keep your tracking). If we made an error, we’ll provide a label. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
- Inspection: Check your order on arrival. Report any missing or incorrect items immediately so we can resolve it.

How to Start A Return
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
Log in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued for the item total, excluding original shipping and return shipping costs. You will be notified if an item does not meet our return guidelines.
