14 Days Easy Return/Exchange + Store Credit

Returns are refunded in the form of store credit.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business after your item(s) have been delivered back. All items must have tags and liners attached and received back within the 15 day policy, which begins at the date of delivery according to tracking. An account must be created to receive store credit. 

Due to sanitary reasons, no returns or exchanges on G-String Panties; no exceptions.

All items purchased via Instagram or Facebook are Final Sale.

Items purchased with a 30% or more discount are Final Sale.

  • Final Sale: All sale items are final. Coupon codes of 25% off or more are also final sale. Accessories (earrings, toe rings) and gift cards are not returnable.
  • Returns/Exchanges: U.S. customers may initiate within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Once a return label is created, you have 15 more days to drop off, giving up to 30 days total from delivery. Items received after 30 days incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags and hygiene liner attached. No stains, odors, or signs of wear. If the hygiene liner or tags are completely missing, your return/exchange is not eligible.
  • Shipping: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (keep your tracking). If we made an error, we’ll provide a label. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
  • Inspection: Check your order on arrival. Report any missing or incorrect items immediately so we can resolve it.

How to Start A Return

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

Log in to your account:

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is received back and follows the above guidelines, your store credit will be issued. You will be notified if an item does not meet our return guidelines. 

If your return/exchange has not been shipped back after 30 days from approval, the request will be cancelled and not eligible for return or exchange.
